We would like to invite you to join us for our 2018 HSACCC Conference. As you know the products and services you offer are invaluable to the care we provide Community College Students.
Exhibitors will have access to all Health Services attendees and are invited to participate in the conference presentations for the day. A table, two chairs, and electrical connection will be provided.
In order to join us please do the following:
- Complete your vendor registration form and then you can either:
- Pay the $360 exhibitor fee if you are using Pay Pal (see below)
Pay with a check made out to HSACCC for $350 if you prefer to pay via check..
The exhibitor fee includes breakfast, lunch, and snacks for one representative. If you plan on having more than one representative there will be an addition $45 charge per person.
- Consider Sponsorship: many companies have sponsored meals/speakers for us in the past which is greatly appreciated and very much needed. We would like to offer you this opportunity again!Please indicate on the registration form if this is something your company would like to do, dollar amount,and if there is a specific meal you would like to support. Sponsorship will entitle you to a short presentation with all members. Sponsorships must be paid by check payable to HSACCC, we apologize that PayPal is not available for this.
