Greetings, past and present Vendor and Sponsors of HSACCC!

The Health Services Association of California Community Colleges (HSACCC) is pleased to officially invite you to the 2025 Annual State Conference taking place March 6 – 7, 2025. This year’s conference will have a virtual day (March 6^th) and an in-person day (March 7th, at Moorpark College).

This theme, Stronger Together: Collaborate, Connect, & Engage will address topics such as mental health needs of students, mindfulness, family planning and sexual health services, standards of student health services and much more!

HSACCC Annual State Conference will host vendors on Friday, March 7^th.  Vendors and Sponsors are welcome to sit and listen along with attendees during the conference presentations, talk with our members throughout the day, and have dedicated time to promoting products and services.

Sponsorship Opportunities (March 7^th, Luncheon $2000):

• Be the Solo Sponsor of our celebratory luncheon March 7^th at Moorpark College
• The opportunity to directly address the group for 10 minutes
• Have Logo Placement on the Sponsor Section of the program
• Have 1-page advertisement included in conference program
• List of all Annual Conference attendees (sent prior to Conference)
• Ability to distribute your samples and promotional “swag” to attendees at Moorpark College while tabling during the in-person event.

Vendor Opportunities (March 7^th, Tabling, $350):

• Have Logo Placement on the Vendor Section of the agenda
• List of all Annual Conference attendees (sent prior to Conference)
• Ability to distribute your samples and promotional “swag” to attendees at Moorpark College while tabling during the in-person event.

Just a reminder, typically attendees at this conference are those holding leadership positions within Student Health Services that you WANT access to.

Virtual Day Opportunities (March 6^th, online, $250):

• Have Logo Placement on the Vendor Section of the agenda
• List of all Annual Conference attendees (sent prior to Conference)
• Logo placement on zoom background of Board member and conference committee attendees.
