Sponsorship Opportunities

$2,000 Minimum

• Be the Solo Sponsor of one of the 4 HSACCC Annual Conference Days in March 2021
• Have the opportunity to directly address the entire group for 5 to 7 minutes, during the Annual Conference Programming (vs at the end, when people may be logging off)
• Have Logo Placement on the virtual backgrounds of all HSACCC Board Members (10 individuals) for the Sponsored Conference Day
• Have Logo Placement on the Official Agenda for the Sponsored Conference Day
• Have Logo Placement on the Vendor Page for all 4 Conference Days
• Have 1 page advertisement distributed to all attendees all 4 Conference Days
• Have separate Zoom Meeting (or equivalent) link placed into the chat box for interested attendees to follow-up with Sponsor directly after Sponsored Conference Day
• List of all Annual Conference attendees (sent prior to Conference)
• Distribution of samples and promotional “goodies” to our attendees

Vendor Opportunities

• $350 – Have a 1 Page advertisement distributed to all attendees for all 4 Conference Days
• $250 – Have a ½ Page advertisement distributed to all attendees for all 4 Conference Days
• Have Logo Placement on the Vendor Page for all 4 Conference Days
• List of all Annual Conference attendees (sent prior to Conference)
• Distribution of samples and promotional “goodies” to our attendees
